bit55 is an international online gambling information and entertainment platform. By registering an account, accessing the Platform or using any of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts for any purpose — including bonus abuse, circumventing account restrictions or evading self-exclusion — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
Accounts must be registered and used for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, use on behalf of third parties, syndicate operations and automated account access are prohibited.
To access the full range of Services on bit55, you must complete the account registration process. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted during registration.
You are required to provide a valid email address, a mobile phone number, your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, date of birth and country of residence. All information submitted during registration must be true and accurate. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bit55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify bit55 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
You must keep your registered Account information accurate and up to date. Any changes to your contact information, payment methods or personal details must be updated through the Account settings or by contacting support. Failure to maintain accurate information may delay withdrawal processing and could trigger additional verification requirements.
bit55 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as a standard requirement in line with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gambling controls. KYC verification may be requested at registration, prior to first withdrawal or at any time during the Account's lifecycle.

All KYC documents must be submitted through the Platform's official secure HTTPS verification portal. You must never send identity documents — including CNIC scans, passport copies or selfies — through unsecured channels such as public chat applications, unencrypted email or third-party messaging services. Documents must be original, unedited and clearly legible. Submitting altered, obscured or falsified documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate, permanent Account closure and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
bit55 reserves the right to decline, suspend or permanently close any Account where KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, where submitted documents are deemed insufficient, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, identity theft or money laundering. Withdrawal requests may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process.
To place wagers or participate in any paid gaming activities on bit55, you must first deposit funds into your Account. All deposits must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name.
bit55 may support various payment methods, which may include e-wallets, instant payment systems and bank transfers. For the context of Pakistani users, familiar payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced as examples of the local payment ecosystem. Deposits are generally credited to your Account promptly upon successful processing by the payment provider. bit55 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions or network interruptions. All deposited funds must be used for personal entertainment purposes only and must not derive from illegal sources.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions. bit55 reserves the right to conduct compliance and verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request.
To be eligible to make a withdrawal, you must have successfully completed the applicable KYC verification process, your Account must not be subject to any active restriction or review, and any applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been met in full before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected, the volume of pending compliance reviews and the policies of the receiving financial institution. E-wallet and instant payment rail options are typically processed faster than bank transfers. Bank transfers may take between 1 and 5 business days after the withdrawal request is approved by bit55. bit55 does not guarantee specific withdrawal speeds or delivery timelines.

The name on the payment method must match the name on your verified bit55 Account. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts or accounts registered in a different name will be declined.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. These Terms establish the general framework that applies to all bit55 promotional activity.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game types, minimum odds restrictions and expiry period for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion's terms. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these conditions before accepting any bonus.
bit55 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, structured betting patterns intended to circumvent wagering requirements, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, and any other conduct that exploits promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with good-faith personal entertainment use. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have bonus funds forfeited, withdrawal requests declined and accounts suspended or permanently closed.
bit55 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Ongoing promotions may also be cancelled if a User is found to have violated these Terms or the specific promotion's terms at any point during the promotional period.
The following general rules apply to all sports betting, live betting, casino gaming and other wagering activities conducted on the bit55 Platform.
All bets are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, odds, stake and market — before confirming a wager. bit55 will not accept responsibility for incorrectly placed bets arising from User error. Bets placed on cancelled or suspended events are void and stakes will be returned.
Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. bit55 presents odds for informational and entertainment purposes. Market availability — including PSL, ICC cricket, football, UFC, esports and other competitions — is subject to change. bit55 is not affiliated with, endorsed by or in partnership with any sporting body, including the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), International Cricket Council (ICC) or any sports club.
In the event of a software malfunction, system error or human error resulting in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed, bit55 reserves the right to void affected bets and issue refunds of stakes. No obligation to honor bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds arises from such errors.
All games available on bit55 are supplied by third-party gaming providers. bit55 does not represent that all game outcomes are independently audited. Players should review individual game provider information for details on RTP (Return to Player) and fairness mechanisms. bit55 does not make any claim of guaranteed fairness or independently verified RNG certification unless expressly supported by documented third-party audits.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bit55 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
bit55 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations, suspend Accounts pending investigation, permanently close Accounts found in breach of these Terms and refer matters to relevant authorities where appropriate. Forfeiture of Account balance may apply where prohibited conduct is confirmed.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its content for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bit55.
Any unauthorized use of Platform content terminates the licence granted herein and may constitute infringement of bit55's intellectual property rights, which may subject you to civil and criminal penalties.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bit55 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.
This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services. This limitation applies whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute or any other legal theory, and whether or not bit55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
bit55 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the Platform. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the Account at any time, subject to the following provisions.
You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting bit55 support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be processed and outstanding wagering requirements from active bonuses must be settled in accordance with applicable bonus terms. bit55 will process any eligible remaining balance following successful verification and compliance review.
bit55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, if: you have breached any provision of these Terms; bit55 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or other prohibited conduct; continued operation of your Account poses a risk to the Platform, other users or bit55's compliance obligations; or you have self-excluded and subsequently attempted to re-register.
Upon Account closure, your access to the Services will cease. Any balance remaining in a closed Account will be handled in accordance with bit55's published withdrawal and balance-return policies, subject to any outstanding compliance holds, verification requirements or applicable forfeiture conditions arising from confirmed breaches of these Terms.
bit55 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, bit55 will endeavor to provide notice through the Platform, via email to your registered address or by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request Account closure as outlined in Section 14.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. bit55 recommends revisiting this page whenever you receive a notification of changes or at regular intervals during your use of the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bit55 holds its operating license. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your Account or use of the Services shall first be submitted to bit55's internal complaints and dispute resolution process. Players are encouraged to contact support with full details of their complaint before pursuing any external dispute resolution mechanism. bit55 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be referred to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) or regulatory body as specified by bit55's operator license, where applicable. Players in Pakistan should be aware that Pakistani courts may apply local law to disputes in certain circumstances, and this Agreement does not override applicable mandatory provisions of Pakistani law.
