Where data is received from third parties, it is handled in accordance with this Policy.

7. How We Process Your Data

bit55 processes your personal data for the following specific purposes:

7.1 Account Management

We use identity and contact data to create, manage and maintain your account, process login requests, send account-related notifications and provide you with access to the Platform's features. This processing is necessary for the performance of our contract with you.

Where personal data is transferred internationally, bit55 takes steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, including contractual protections with receiving entities that require them to handle your data to a standard equivalent to those described in this Policy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed internationally as described here.

Pakistani users should be aware that data transferred outside Pakistan is subject to the laws of the receiving country. bit55 takes reasonable steps to protect such data, but cannot guarantee that foreign legal standards match those applicable in Pakistan.

10.3 Technical and Analytics Data

Anonymized or aggregated technical and analytics data may be retained for longer periods for platform improvement and security purposes, where the data no longer identifies an individual.

When your data is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with our internal data retention and destruction procedures.
